
Neville is a highly professional and well-respected consultant with over 30 years technical, managerial and leadership experience across a number of industries including over 20 years working for a FTSE 100 blue-chip global pharmaceutical company.
His previous roles include senior leadership positions in engineering, health & safety, management systems and compliance and he has experience of working globally/cross-culturally through several assignments in Europe, India, Vietnam, South Korea and China. He is a fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
He is an experienced and engaging facilitator and is at home in facilitating both technical and behavioural/people skills interventions including compliance management, change management and cultural change initiatives.
