Thelma joined WW Consulting in February 2006, after a twenty eight year career with Barclays Bank, where she undertook a variety of roles, including project management and administration, business case management and internal communications.
In her role of Operations Manager for WW Consulting, Thelma now has the opportunity to use the skills obtained in her previous career to good effect. She is responsible for the day to day operational management of WW Consulting: Client liaison, project management, workshop co-ordination, material production, resource and associate scheduling, managing the administration team, finance and making sure everyone is where they should be, when they need to be.
Professionally, Thelma has achieved accreditation by Belbin Associates for the use of the Belbin™ Team Role tools and processes. She also holds an O.N.C. in Business studies and is very experienced in the use and application of the various Change Management, Leadership and self awareness tools, processes and methodologies used by WW Consulting with its clients.
Thelma’s hobbies and out of work interests are varied – she is a qualified cricket scorer, enjoys travel and reading and tries to ski at least once a year.
Thelma is the initial point of contact with the office and will be only to happy to help if she can.
